Job summary

Copeland, a global climate technologies company, is seeking a project management professional to lead cross-functional teams and deliver measurable business results from Sidney, OH. You will manage initiatives across Product Management, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain and Finance, driving plans from objective to launch.

The role emphasizes risk management, governance, and delivering coordinated, action-oriented project execution while expanding program leadership capabilities in a hybrid

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or related field or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional projects in product development, engineering, manufacturing or related environment.
• Working proficiency in scope, schedule, cost, risk and issue management.
• Ability to organize complex work and manage competing priorities.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with influence without authority.
• Proficiency with project management systems and business reporting tools.
• Ability to travel (10%) and collaborate across locations and time zones.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery: Build and maintain integrated plans for scope, schedule, resources, costs and milestones; coordinate cross-functional work.
• Manage risks and issues: Identify constraints, develop mitigation plans, escalate with impact.
• Apply execution governance: Maintain baselines, coordinate gate deliverables, assess changes.
• Coordinate operational readiness: Align development, validation, manufacturing, supply chain and supporting functions.
• Build program-level visibility: Identify dependencies and connect deliverables to benefits.
• Improve ways of working: Provide stakeholder communications and drive continuous improvement.
