Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation is seeking a Director of Strategy for Cold Chain to shape CST's long-term growth across cold chain, analytics, and portable storage. You will synthesize market and financial insights into executable priorities and partner with global leaders to drive strategic initiatives from concept to value realization.

Lead cross-functional teams, develop business cases, and guide post-merger integration when applicable.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
8+ years in corporate strategy, corporate development, M&A, investment banking, management consulting, product strategy or business development in supply chain/industrial tech markets.
5+ years in cold chain, refrigerated transport, or logistics tech with business case experience.
Experience building financial models, market assessments and strategic plans for growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

Own and refine cold chain strategy with roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
Lead strategy for logistics tech, analytics and portable cold storage solutions.
Identify organic and inorganic growth opportunities to accelerate innovation.
Advise Head of Products & Solutions and align portfolio strategy with execution plans.
Develop market intelligence, scenarios, and financial models to support investments.
