Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional projects in product development, engineering, manufacturing or related environments.
• Working proficiency in scope, schedule, cost, risk and issue management.
• Ability to organize complex work and manage competing priorities.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, including influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
• Proficiency with project management systems and business reporting tools.
• Ability to travel (10%) and collaborate across locations/time zones as needed.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned delivery: Build and maintain integrated plans for scope, schedule, resources, costs and milestones; coordinate cross-functional work and drive completion of commitments.
• Manage risks and issues: Identify constraints early, develop mitigation/ recovery plans, escalate with impacts.
• Apply execution governance: Maintain baselines, coordinate gate deliverables, assess changes against objectives.
• Coordinate operational readiness: Align development, validation, manufacturing, supply chain and supporting functions for launch/ handoff.
• Build program-level visibility: Identify dependencies and connect deliverables with business outcomes.
• Improve ways of working: Communicate with stakeholders, capture lessons learned, promote continuous improvement.
