Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design and manage the Hart Fellowship experience with mentoring.
• Coordinate recruitment, applications, and selection.
• Plan retreats, orientations, and monthly seminars.
• Lead team meetings and annual program reviews.
• Advise students on project development, partnerships, and budgeting.
• Oversee logistics including stipends, travel, and housing.
• Represent the program to partners and Duke campus partners.
• Develop awareness of the fellowship program.
