Qualifications

• Education: bachelor's degree required.
• Experience: minimum three years in program administration or related activities.
• Experience with nonprofits, NGOs, public agencies, or community-based organizations.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work with faculty, students, staff, alumni and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Hart Fellowship experience with mentoring and support for fellows.
• Coordinate recruitment, applications, and selection processes for the fellowship.
• Plan and lead retreats and orientation for Hart Fellows; host monthly seminars.
• Lead meetings and assist with budget management and record keeping.
• Develop and maintain program manuals; ensure data management and documentation.
• Build and strengthen partnerships with community organizations and external partners.
