Job summary

Irth is seeking a Director, Delivery Excellence and Operations to build and run the PMO for its Professional Services organization across product lines. You will shape portfolio governance, delivery standards, and executive reporting to enable predictable, on-time, on-budget delivery.

In this role you will lead resource planning, PSA platform optimization, and cross-functional partnerships with Sales, Finance, and Product to scale operations while maintaining rigorous governance and continuous

Qualifications

• 10+ years in professional services, program management, or delivery operations
• Proven PMO leadership across multiple product lines
• Experience governing portfolios, budgets, and risks
• Experience implementing PSA platforms
• Strong analytical and executive communication skills

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the PMO for Irth's Professional Services
• Establish governance framework and delivery methodology
• Manage resource and capacity planning across the organization
• Own PSA platform selection, configuration, and optimization
