Job summary
GovCIO is hiring a Program Manager to coordinate delivery of application modernization, clinical informatics, and AI-enabled health IT projects for federal healthcare customers. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage schedules, risks, and release readiness, and support SAFe/Agile delivery practices in a fully remote role.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS and 8–12 years of experience or commensurate experience.
- 5+ years of experience in technical project management or software delivery leadership.
- Experience coordinating multiple software development teams or complex technical projects.
Responsibilities
- Manage project schedules, milestones, risks, dependencies, and delivery commitments.
- Coordinate work across development, testing, platform, and production support teams.
- Partner with Product Owners and Business Analysts to prepare requirements and maintain delivery-ready backlogs.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, cross-team planning, and release readiness reviews.
- Communicate project status, risks, and decisions to customer and internal leadership.
- Coordinate integration, testing, release readiness, and deployment activities for AI-enabled clinical applications.
