You’ll drive multi-year roadmaps, partner with leadership, and supervise complex programs across sales and distribution teams and vendors.

The role emphasizes business case development, stakeholder alignment, and measurable ROI, with a focus on innovation in the agent experience and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Organizational Leadership, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressively responsible experience in program management, sales enablement, agent/broker engagement, marketing, or related disciplines in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, design, and execution of agent engagement programs to support long-term sales priorities.
• Develop multi-year engagement roadmaps and recommendations to strengthen agent relationships.
• Own high-profile programs like Best of Blue and Agency Rewards & Co-Op Marketing.
• Bring data-driven insights and executive reporting to drive program performance.
• Collaborate with senior leaders, field teams, agencies, and vendors to align goals.
