Blue Cross NC is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead strategic agent engagement programs, recognition, and incentives that drive sales and distribution goals. You will partner with executive leadership, cross-functional teams, and vendors to design, implement, and measure programs with measurable ROI.

You’ll own multi-year roadmaps, stakeholder alignment, and governance while championing innovation in the agent experience.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business-related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in program management or agent engagement or sales enablement.
• Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage budgets.
