NC Health Affiliates seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead strategic engagement, recognition, and incentive programs for independent agents and agencies. You will drive business outcomes through innovative program design, stakeholder alignment, and data-driven decision making.

You will collaborate across Sales and Distribution teams and vendor partners, owning budgets, governance, and executive-level reporting while delivering scalable solutions and measurable ROI.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Organizational Leadership, or related field.
• 5+ years experience in program management, sales enablement, agent or broker engagement, marketing, training, customer experience, or related disciplines.
• In lieu of degree, 7+ years of progressively responsible experience in related fields.

Mansioni

• Lead the strategy, design, execution, and evolution of agent engagement programs that support long-term sales and distribution priorities.
• Develop multi-year engagement strategies, roadmaps, and recommendations to strengthen agent relationships and business performance.
• Own high-profile recognition and engagement initiatives, including Best of Blue Top Agent Recognition.
• Lead Producer Hall of Fame initiatives and Agency Rewards & Co-Op Marketing Program design.
• Plan Sales Training and Engagement Events and future-focused programs.
• Establish Agent Advisory Councils and Feedback Forums for ongoing input.
• Coordinate Recognition Events, Awards Dinners, and Debrief Sessions.
• Identify opportunities for program innovation and drive transformation for scalability.
• Build partnerships with senior leaders, field teams, agency principals, and stakeholders to align programs with goals.
• Influence decisions with data-driven business cases and strategic insights.
• Facilitate executive discussions and planning on program performance.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on agent engagement, recognition, and incentives best practices.
• Assess needs, market trends, and stakeholder feedback to identify new opportunities.
• Establish metrics and measurement frameworks to evaluate ROI and impact.
• Develop executive-level reporting and strategy updates on outcomes and risks.
• Manage program budgets, investments, and funding proposals.
• Lead vendor selection, contract management, and ongoing relationships.
• Monitor vendor performance and ensure service delivery meets expectations.
• Lead cross-functional project teams and manage dependencies and risks.
• Ensure governance, documentation standards, and operating procedures are followed.

Formazione
