Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina is seeking a Senior Program Manager, Agent Engagement Strategy to develop and execute strategic engagement, recognition, rewards, and incentive programs that strengthen relationships with independent agents and agencies while advancing organizational sales and distribution objectives.

This role leads complex initiatives from concept through execution, serving as a strategic advisor to leadership and collaborating across Sales and Distribution teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Organizational Leadership, or related field; 5+ years experience.
• In lieu of degree 7+ years of progressively responsible experience in program management, sales enablement, agent or broker engagement, marketing, training, customer experience, or related disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, design, execution, and evolution of agent engagement programs.
• Develop multi-year engagement strategies, roadmaps, and recommendations.
• Serve as business owner for high-profile agent recognition, rewards, and engagement initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for program innovation and lead transformation efforts.

Education
