Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master/PhD in engineering, science or related field with 13+ years of program administration experience.
• Extensive program management principles, leadership, scheduling and coordinating workloads to meet deadlines.
• Able to develop solutions that coordinate technologies across program requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interface with management, customers, and government reps.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Direct all phases of the program(s) from conceptualization through completion, including acquisition, planning, and managing technical performance.
• Develop and coordinate program plans or delivery methods serving a single customer.
• Collaborate with technical staff and management to set technical, schedule, quality, and financial objectives.
• Lead program review sessions with customers to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance.
• Identify issues and propose solutions such as resource reallocation or contract modifications.
