Job summary

Sierra Nevada Corporation seeks a Program Finance Systems Analyst III to lead IPM solutions using Deltek Cobra. This role includes configuring, testing, deploying, and maintaining IPM software, plus advanced security administration and user training.

You will collaborate with finance and program teams in a hybrid office setting, supporting DoD/government contracting contexts and ensuring compliant, optimized system use.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field required
• 4+ years of experience in finance systems, project control, or related field
• Higher degree may substitute for experience; in absence, 8+ years experience required
• Experience with Cobra Administration and/or other IPM software solutions
• Experience in Aerospace and Defense industry
• Strong facilitation skills addressing IT and business stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Lead advanced administration and maintenance of IPM software (Deltek Cobra).
• Configure, test, deploy, and optimize IPM software products.
• Address complex end-user needs to deliver high-quality IPM solutions.
• Manage advanced user/role-based security and support.
• Collaborate with application team members and users for optimized IPM use.
• Troubleshoot and resolve advanced system issues.
• Conduct advanced training sessions for end-users.
• Document processes, configurations, and changes.
• Mentor junior analysts on best practices.
