Job summary

Sierra Nevada Corporation is seeking a Program Finance Systems Analyst IIL to administer, maintain and optimize IPM and related financial systems for a high-visibility defense program. You will support program finance and scheduling teams, configure security, and partner with corporate teams to deliver high-quality EVM solutions tailored to program needs.

The role emphasizes precision, governance, and collaboration within a fast-moving defense program environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IS, Business Admin, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in finance systems, project control, or related field.
• In the absence of a degree, a minimum of 8 years of related experience.
• Higher level relevant degree may substitute for experience.
• Experience with Deltek Cobra or similar IPM software.
• Strong facilitation skills for IT and business stakeholders.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead advanced administration and maintenance of IPM business software.
• Configure, test, deploy, and optimize IPM software products.
• Address complex end-user needs to deliver high-quality IPM solutions.
• Manage advanced user/role-based security and support.
• Collaborate with team to optimize IPM usage.
• Troubleshoot and resolve advanced system issues.
• Conduct advanced training sessions for end-users.
• Document processes and changes for records.
• Mentor junior analysts on best practices.
