Job summary

Collins Aerospace is seeking a remote Program Finance & Control (PF&C) Manager EV Schedule Analyst. The role focuses on cost and schedule control for complex programs, requiring validated EVMS, working with cross-functional teams, and developing forecasts and schedule models. Candidates must be able to obtain a DoD Secret clearance and be a U.S.

Qualifications

• Typically requires University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree with minimum 5 years of experience.
• U.S. Citizen - The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required for clearance eligibility.
• Program controls and EVMS background.
• Microsoft Project or Primavera.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain the program Integrated Master Plan (IMP) and the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
• Work closely with multiple schedulers to roll updates into a Master schedule.
• Track plans and schedules, solicit updates, identify and resolve critical path and network logic conflicts.
• Perform schedule analysis and communicate impacts to program management.
• Interact with CAMs/IPTs to develop intermediate schedules and incorporate them into the IMS.
• Provide schedule-related reports to Program Management and support IPMDAR reporting.
• Support monthly Program Reviews and quarterly EACs.
