Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business required; Accounting or Finance preferred.
• 7–10 years of progressive experience in material forecasting, cost analysis, and related supply chain functions.
• Strong collaboration with other functions to support budgeting, forecasting and strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain material estimates at completion for major programs.
• Forecast monthly material sales including all material dollars, progress payments, performance based payments, liquidations and non-recurring expenses.
• Maintain material budgets to include scope changes.
• Provide weekly sales performance tracking and variance explanations to forecast.
• Identify actual to forecast performance and complete variance analysis/explanations to budget.
• Prepare monthly target price performance analysis.
• Prepare annual material Operating Plan submissions for firm and high potential programs.
• Schedule and conduct monthly cross functional target price performance and current estimate change meetings.
• Mentor and train team members.
