General Dynamics Land Systems in Ohio seeks an intermediate‑level engineer to oversee assigned products and production programs, coordinating new manufacturing lines and growth initiatives. You will lead cross‑functional teams, interface with program management, Production, Quality, Finance, Planning and Supply Chain, and help drive cost, schedule and technical performance.

A Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years' experience are required, with U.S.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Business or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience; extensive experience with product and processes may be considered in lieu.
• US citizen and able to obtain DoD Secret clearance.

Mansioni

• Coordinate and oversee assigned products/projects and new manufacturing lines or programs.
• Develop cost estimates and schedules; participate in contract definition interpretation and negotiation.
• Coordinate major changes to product lines/projects to meet performance requirements.
• Act as liaison between Division Program management, Production, Quality, Finance, Planning, Supply Chain and customers.
• Lead cross‑functional teams to implement innovative technologies and processes.
• Monitor EVMS cost and schedule performance where applicable.
• Analyze plant capabilities and develop new business prospects.
