Job summary

General Dynamics Land Systems is seeking a Material Finance Manager to lead a team responsible for forecasting, cost analysis and reporting across key programs. The role requires strong collaboration with supply chain and program finance to drive budgeting, forecasting and decision making.

You will manage monthly CE/EAC processes, monitor EAC changes and support audits, while mentoring staff and ensuring data integrity in financial reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business; accounting or finance preferred.
• 7–10 years of progressive experience in material forecasting, cost analysis or related supply chain functions.
• Ability to lead, train and mentor a team; strong cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage Material Finance team in daily operations.
• Develop monthly CE and EAC and track material EAC changes.
• Report weekly sales performance and variance.
• Prepare material operating plan submissions for programs.
• Review monthly material CE forecasts and EACs for data integrity.
• Support audit requests and interface with Finance and Program teams.
