General Dynamics Land Systems in Sterling Heights, MI is seeking a seasoned professional to lead material forecasting, cost analysis and related supply chain activities for major production programs.

The role requires 7–10 years' progressive experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and collaboration with other functions to support budgeting and forecasting; knowledge of Oracle and cost reporting tools is a plus.

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business required. Accounting or Finance majors preferred.
• 7-10 years of progressive experience in material forecasting, cost analysis, and related supply chain functions.
• Proven ability to collaborate with other functions to support budgeting, forecasting and strategic decision making.
• Solid understanding of internal controls, compliance and audit requirements related to materials preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be self motivated and detail orientated.
• Working knowledge of Oracle and the Material Cost Performance Reporting tool a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
