Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to lead existing Analysts by example while taking the lead on selected projects/initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field with 6+ years related work experience.
• Experience with MS Office Suite (Excel).
• Ability to prioritize and self-manage a multi-tasked workload in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem solving and in-depth research and analytical skills.
• Ability to work cooperatively across multiple finance and non-finance functions.
• Working knowledge of EACs, Budget Planning, and cost types/flows.

Responsibilities

• Lead existing Analysts by example.
• Serve as the financial business partner for several key programs.
• Assist the program manager and teams with developing baselines, monitoring performance, and investigating variances.
• Provide financial decision support to stakeholders to minimize risk and maximize program profit.
• Track, analyze, and report on projects of varying contract type, size and complexity.
• Interface with PMO and other stakeholders to support program objectives.
• Ensure compliance with DFAR/FAR, CAS, and estimating systems.
