Job summary

Frontgrade, based in Carlsbad, CA, seeks a Program Financial Analyst IV to partner with the division’s leadership and PMO to drive financial rigor and deliver detailed cost estimates. You will lead cost analysis, forecast budgets, and track program performance across multiple initiatives.

The role emphasizes building strong cross-functional partnerships with Program Management, Supply Chain, Accounting, Operations, and Engineering, while mentoring junior analysts and contributing to proposal

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 8+ years of accounting/financial analysis experience with 4+ years in cost accounting or program finance.
• Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills; ERP experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Forecast, budget, and analyze key program financial metrics (Orders, Revenue, Gross Margin, Cash) with reporting to senior leadership.
• Develop and maintain Estimates at Complete (EACs) and track incurred costs with time-phased estimates.
• Serve as SME on program finance processes, identify risks/opportunities and drive mitigation actions.
