Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field - minimum 7 years experience.
• High school diploma with 10 years experience acceptable.
• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork capability.
• Experience overseeing contractor personnel.
• Ability to manage team performance and resolve issues.
• Critical thinking skills with data-driven recommendations.
• Experience delivering official correspondence for senior leadership.
• Ability to manage multiple complex tasks simultaneously.
• Experience with DoD/DON budget cycle and regulations.
• Experience with Department of Navy IT procurement.
• Proficiency with Navy ERP and Microsoft Power Platform.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and analyzing financial packages and impact statements.
• Track IT expenditures and manage budget data in financial systems.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for accurate financial data reconciliation.
• Manage workload for analyst team and maintain tasker trackers.
• Provide backup support to the financial team as required.
