Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor analysts on the Program Finance team.
• Provide financial decision support to stakeholders to maximize program profit.
• Develop cost proposals, forecasts, and variance explanations.
• Assist program managers in corrective action plans for variances.
• Interface with PMO, project managers, and customers for financial activities.
• Ensure compliance with DFAR/FAR, CAS, and internal procedures.
