Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is hiring a Senior Specialist, Program Finance Analyst to support the Norfolk finance team on the Power Systems portfolio. The role reports to the Program Finance and Pricing Manager and oversees production program finances.

Responsibilities include EVMS deliverables, variance analysis, EACs, and forecasts. Candidates should have 6+ years of finance experience, ERP/EVMS tech familiarity, and strong teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting or related field.
• 6+ years finance experience; advanced EVMS and ERP exposure.
• Security clearance eligibility and US citizenship may be required.

Responsibilities

• Support EVMS reporting and variance analysis for major programs.
• Prepare Estimates at Completion (EAC) and forecast variance commentary.
• Monitor costs and perform financial analysis of labor, materials, and subcontracting.
• Develop program financial plans and support audits and reviews.
• Collaborate with program teams to achieve financial targets.
