The Opportunity:

CCI is seeking a Senior Program Financial Analyst to support our Optical & Photonics Systems (OPS) portfolio. This role offers the chance to work with dedicated professionals on cutting-edge optical sensing and communication missions, with significant growth prospects in the market and manufacturing capabilities.

This is a full-time position ideally based in Florham Park, NJ or Reston, VA.

Responsibilities include all program-level business analysis within the OPS portfolio, including financial analysis, reporting, forecasting, variance analysis, EAC, pricing strategy, and related financial reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Program Managers, Portfolio Managers, VPs, and Directors to optimize financial performance.
• Support annual financial planning, multi-year planning, monthly forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Assist in projecting quarterly Estimate at Complete (EAC).
• Participate in risk and opportunity assessments.
• Ensure project compliance with policies to properly capture costs and revenue.
• Manage invoicing and collections to reduce DSO.
• Participate in pricing reviews during new pursuits.
• Train Program Managers and Control Account Managers on financial aspects.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 7+ years of program control experience.
• Experience in a government services contractor finance role.
• Understanding of Federal Acquisition Regulations & Cost Accounting Standards.
• Experience managing complex technology financial portfolios.
• Proficiency with CostPoint and COGNOS.
• Intermediate Excel skills, including large models, lookups, and pivot tables.
• Ability to prioritize, adapt quickly, and meet deadlines.
• Strong independent and team working skills.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to innovate operational efficiencies.

Desired qualifications include Top Secret or TS/SCI clearance, experience with Deltek Cobra, and knowledge of Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS).
