Job summary

Vizient is hiring for a role to develop and manage operations and quality assurance for high-impact sourcing programs. You will optimize programs to deliver client value through reporting, dashboards, and performance analysis, collaborating with clients and suppliers.

The position requires 5+ years of experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Excel and Power BI. Hybrid on-site work is required at Irving, TX and Centennial, CO with 3 days in the office.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree preferred.
• 5 or more years of relevant experience required.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into insights.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI required.
• Experience developing reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• On site Hybrid - 3 days. Irving TX & Centennial CO.

Responsibilities

• Manage program structures, processes, and procedures to meet objectives.
• Develop promotional materials, reports, and training resources for clients.
• Support contracting teams with onboarding and client engagement.
• Identify targets for new business and develop value propositions.
• Address client and supplier issues to support operations.
• Coordinate periodic business reviews with clients, suppliers, and distributors.
• Support council meetings, gather feedback, and guide program strategies.
• Establish and track metrics: participation, utilization, enrollment, incentives.
• Analyze performance using Excel and Power BI to create reports and dashboards.
• Act as liaison to address questions and communicate program impacts.
