Qualifications

• Relevant degree preferred.
• 7 or more years of relevant healthcare analytics experience.
• Experience integrating insights across multiple analytics tools, products, and data sets.
• Proficiency with Vizient PA and CDB is highly preferred.
• SQL, Excel, and Power BI expertise is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead advanced, customized analyses leveraging Vizient PA and CDB across data domains.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations and executive narratives.
• Serve as SME in clinical and supply analytics, guiding design, benchmarking and interpretation.
• Conduct complex analyses to identify strategic insights and support decisions.
• Present findings to leadership and advise data-driven strategies.
• Oversee analytics projects, aligning with stakeholder objectives and timelines.
• Lead stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering, and risk escalation.
• Guide data integration across PA, CDB, and Vizient assets with governance.
• Partner with data, product, and tech teams to strengthen methodologies.
• Mentor analysts and provide technical review for high-quality deliverables.
• Develop advanced data visualizations communicating insights and implications.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of analytics approaches and best practices.
