Job summary

Qualifications

• Relevant degree preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with business process design, process improvement, workflow automation, or digital transformation.
• Experience translating business requirements into scalable technology or workflow solutions.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, Power BI, or comparable enterprise workflow and business intelligence technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Advanced Excel skills for complex data, reporting, and validation.
• Demonstrated project management experience and cross-functional leadership.
• Strong written and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead evaluation, design, and continuous improvement of operational processes.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements and partner with Digital teams to deliver scalable workflow and system enhancements.
• Drive workflow automation and digital adoption using Microsoft Dynamics and related technologies.
• Develop, maintain, and report KPI metrics and executive dashboards using Power BI and Excel.
• Integrate and analyze data across systems to automate reporting and identify trends.
• Prepare metrics and recommendations for VP-level leadership.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve contract lifecycle management and operational effectiveness.
• Partner with leaders to prioritize opportunities and drive adoption of new capabilities.
• Serve as business owner for workflow and reporting capabilities supporting Spend Management.
• Develop process documentation and support training/communication for successful implementation.
