Job summary

PRC Baker Places is seeking a Leland House Program Director to lead the agency's transitional housing program in San Francisco. You will partner with the Senior Management Team to implement mission-driven priorities and ensure high-quality client care and staff support.

The role requires active licensure with the California BBS (LCSW/LMFT/Psy.D./ASW/AMFT/LOCC/APCC) and a track record of supervising direct care staff.

Qualifications

Licensed or registered with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) as one of the listed credentials.
Minimum 2 years clinical experience with adults who have mental health, substance use disorders, HIV/AIDS, or homelessness.
Minimum 3 years in supervisory or management roles over direct care staff.
Experience in transitional housing settings is preferred.
Familiarity with San Francisco community resources is a plus.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Provide overall leadership and management of the agency-supported transitional housing program.
Recruit, supervise, train, and evaluate program staff, promoting development and high performance.
Monitor outcomes and ensure documentation meets agency, county, and regulatory standards.
Develop and monitor KPIs and management reporting to evaluate effectiveness.
Collaborate with external partners and landlords to support client housing stability.
