Job summary

PRC Baker Places in San Francisco seeks a Senior Director of Clinical Services to translate mission and priorities into actionable plans and measurable results. You will lead client- and staff-centered clinical programs and ensure licensing compliance while partnering with executives and program directors.

The role requires a California-licensed clinician with 5+ years in mental health or substance use, plus 3 years of supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of experience in community mental health/substance use/HIV care or integrated settings.
• Three (3) years of supervisory/management experience.
• Ability to establish collaborative partnerships with supervisees, colleagues, and community organizations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as clinical authority for licensed programs and other clinical services.
• Establish clinical systems and standards of care.
• Oversee program budgets and supplies with finance.
• Promote recovery culture and clinical program policies.
• Lead CQI processes and incident investigations.
