Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, seven years in human services, with at least three years in management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 7 years of progressively responsible experience in professional human services.
• At least 3 years in program management or people leadership.
• Ability to use data to guide decisions and manage budgets.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for assigned professional service programs.
• Lead and develop managers, supervisors, and staff.
• Oversee program quality, outcomes, and continuous improvement.
• Manage program resources including budgets, staffing, grants, and contracts.
• Ensure programs meet legal, contractual, licensing, and accreditation requirements and are prepared for audits.
• Develop partnerships with community organizations and funders to strengthen service delivery.
• Collaborate with district leadership to implement priorities and manage change.
