Job summary

Lutheran Community Services NW seeks an Operations Manager to coordinate district office operations, manage contracts, and ensure quality improvement across programs.

The role requires 3+ years in operations or community programming, a related bachelor’s degree, and strong English communication. The position is full-time with a focus on collaboration across diverse settings in Washington, Oregon, and Idaho.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in operations management or community-based programming.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Social Work, or related field; substantial experience may substitute.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all business operations for the district offices and manage contract outcomes and reporting.
• Support grant applications and reporting on deliverables with district leadership.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly reports with contracts and organizational metrics.
• Assist program leaders with operations, goals, policies, procedures, and accreditation standards.
• Lead program quality improvement efforts and attend PQI meetings.
