Job summary

Lutheran Services Florida seeks a Program Director to oversee a continuum of care, coordinating culturally competent services for clients. This role acts as a liaison among stakeholders, monitors program performance, and ensures compliance with DCF, DOH, and accreditation standards while guiding staff and program budgets.

The position emphasizes data management, trend analysis, training, and technical assistance with a focus on improving outcomes and service quality in Florida communities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human services is required.
• Master's degree in social work or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of program management experience in refugee/migrant child welfare is expected.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred for some programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the continuum of care and coordinate services.
• Supervise programs and staff to ensure quality and licensing compliance.
• Ensure adherence to licensing, QA, and fiscal requirements (DCF, DOH, AC etc.).
• Develop and administer program budgets and monitor monthly financials.
• Lead grant writing, outreach and community development activities.
• Prepare and present regular performance and trend reports.
