AtkinsRéalis in Richmond, VA seeks a Sr Program Director/Owner's Representative Lead to serve as the client’s single point of accountability for the full lifecycle of the Owner's Representative engagement on a mega campus project. This leader drives governance, schedule, and performance across all workstreams to ensure successful delivery.

The role requires strategic leadership, strong client relationships, and execution excellence across design, construction, and technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field is required.
• 10+ years of related experience including personnel and leadership of complex programs.
• Experience managing multi-billion-dollar programs in industries such as pharma, heavy processing, or energy.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize observation and documentation of construction projects.
• Schedule and coordinate observation of ongoing work and testing and sampling of materials.
• Lead and supervise internal staff engaged in observation, testing and record keeping.
• Monitor contractors' progress against schedule and prepare progress reports.
• Oversee all aspects of the program from governance through design, construction, and controls.
