Job summary

AtkinsRéalis seeks a Sr Program Director/Owner’s Representative Lead to join our Richmond, VA team for a mega campus pharmaceutical project. You will serve as the client’s single point of accountability, directing all workstreams and safeguarding the client’s interests through chartering, governance, design, construction, and closeout.

You will translate client objectives into execution plans, lead cross-functional teams, maintain master schedules and budgets, review payments, and report program

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years related experience including personnel.
• 20+ years professional experience (BS) or 15+ years (MS/MBA) with 5+ years managing complex programs.
• Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred; other heavy process industries acceptable.
• Experience building teams and processes from scratch.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills; executive client interface.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize observation and documentation of construction projects.
• Schedule and coordinate observation of ongoing work and testing and sampling of materials.
• Lead and supervise internal staff in observation, testing, and record keeping.
• Monitor contractors' progress and prepare progress reports.
• Oversee all aspects of the program from chartering to closeout.
• Review payment requests and determine amounts owing to contractors.
• Develop and maintain master program plans, budgets, and schedules.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and align with client objectives.
• Ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and meet quality standards.
