AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Program Director/Owner's Representative Lead for a major pharmaceutical manufacturing program across TX, AL, VA, PA, OH, IN, and WI. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years related experience, including personnel.
• Experience managing highly complex projects/programs.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize observation and documentation of construction projects.
• Schedule and coordinate observation of ongoing work and testing/sampling of materials.
• Assign, lead and supervise internal staff engaged in observation and testing and record keeping.
• Monitor contractors' progress against schedule and prepare progress reports.
• Oversee all aspects of the program, from chartering to design, construction, controls and technology.
• Review payment requests and determine amounts owing based on on-site observations.
