AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Program Director/Owner’s Representative Lead for a premier pharmaceutical megacampus project spanning multiple states, including Alabama. The role requires strategic leadership, governance, and delivery excellence across planning, design, construction, and closeout phases.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience leading complex programs in heavy process industries and a proven ability to manage client relationships and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field.
• Experience leading complex programs and teams.
• Excellent communication and executive interface skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize observation and documentation of construction projects.
• Lead and supervise staff engaged in observation, testing, and record keeping.
• Monitor progress against schedule and prepare progress reports.
• Oversee all aspects of the program from chartering to closeout.
• Establish governance structures and escalation pathways.
