AtkinsRéalis in Richmond, VA seeks a Sr Program Director/Owner’s Representative Lead for a mega campus pharmaceutical program. You will be the client’s single point of accountability for lifecycle, directing workstream leads, governing scope, schedule, and performance, and safeguarding the client’s interests.

This lead role offers opportunity to drive execution across design, construction, and controls, with a robust compensation package and benefits in a full-time position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil eng, or related field with 10+ years of related experience.
• 20+ years professional experience or 15+ with MS/MBA, with 5+ years in senior program roles.
• Experience on multi-billion-dollar programs, pharma preferred.
• Experience building teams and processes from scratch; eng design experience desirable.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and executive-facing communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, govern, and deliver the owner’s representative program across all phases.
• Direct all workstream leads and ensure alignment to client objectives and schedule.
• Review contractor progress, manage budgets, and maintain master program plans.
• Foster client relationships with clear, transparent program reporting.
• Translate business objectives into actionable program strategies and execution plans.
