Job summary

Baroco Corporation is seeking an experienced Senior Program Director to oversee multiple programs and lead Program Directors across sites in MA and CT, with travel between locations. This full-time role focuses on high-quality services, strong teams, and regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates have extensive program supervision experience, strong communication and leadership abilities. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred; a High School Diploma is required.

Qualifications

• Extensive direct care and program supervision experience.
• Experience overseeing staff, programs, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities
