Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 8+ years of project management experience in integrated marketing/PR or related industry.
• Mastery of large, complex program delivery from planning to execution.
• Ability to motivate teams and oversee junior staff performance.
• Fluency with Microsoft Office Suite and Smartsheet (or similar PM tool).

Responsibilities

• Provide structure and overall delivery vision on projects
• Oversee a client portfolio consisting of multiple work streams and disciplines
• Serve as the overall program management lead on accounts
• Guide and manage project definition in scopes and staff plans
• Independently own the delivery of large, complex programs
• Serve as an escalation point to manage risks and provide solutions-oriented consultation
• Partner with Finance and Account teams to ensure client profitability
• Drive client discussions related to project plans and financial health
• Establish workflow and best practices on integrated businesses
• Ensure quality checks and consistency of outputs across project deliverables
• Manage and mentor Project Management team members
