Job summary

Honeywell is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead Modular Process Units (MPU) and complex industrial projects from our Rosemont, IL or Houston, TX locations on a hybrid schedule. You will mentor multiple PMs, develop strategies, monitor performance, and drive risk management with cross-functional teams and customers to ensure successful delivery. The role requires 10+ years in program management, PMP preferred, and a relevant engineering/business degree.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in program or project management focused on Modular Process Units (MPU) and industrial projects.
• Proven leadership experience managing multiple project managers and cross-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of program management methodologies and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the execution of Modular Process Units (MPU) and industrial projects.
• Provide leadership and guidance to multiple project managers to ensure program objectives are met.
• Develop and implement program management strategies tailored to MPU and industrial project requirements.
• Monitor program performance including schedule, cost, quality, and risk management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues impacting program success.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the program management function.
