Job summary

Honeywell Technologies is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead Modular Process Unit (MPU) and industrial projects. You will guide multiple project managers, shape program strategies, and monitor schedule, cost, quality, and risk across complex initiatives.

• 10+ years of experience in program or project management focusing on Modular Process Units (MPU) and industrial projects.

• Experience in risk management, cost control, and schedule management for complex projects.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external customers.

THE BUSINESS UNIT

Honeywell Technologies Process Automation helps customers run complex industrial operations more safely, efficiently, and reliably. You will report directly to our Senior Program Director and you'll work out of one of our locations Rosemont, IL/Houston, TX locations on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the successful delivery of complex industrial projects, enhancing customer satisfaction and contributing to Honeywell's leadership in the process automation industry.

Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in program or project management focused on Modular Process Units (MPU) and industrial projects
• Proven leadership experience managing multiple project managers and cross-functional teams
• Strong knowledge of program management methodologies and best practices
• Experience in risk management, cost control, and schedule management for complex projects
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external customers

The annual base salary range for this position is $230,000 - $270,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
