Job summary

Honeywell Technologies is seeking a senior Program/Project Manager to lead Modular Process Unit projects in a hybrid role based in Rosemont, IL or Houston, TX. You will oversee multiple PMs, shape program strategies, and drive on-time, within-budget delivery for complex industrial initiatives.

Applicants should have 10+ years in MPU/project management, strong leadership, and proven ability to collaborate with internal teams and customers.

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of program or project management experience on MPU and industrial projects.
Proven leadership overseeing multiple project managers and cross-functional teams.
Strong knowledge of program management methodologies and best practices.
Experience in risk management, cost control, and schedule management for complex projects.
Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external customers.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the execution of Modular Process Units (MPU) and industrial projects.
Provide leadership to multiple project managers to ensure program objectives are met.
Develop and implement program management strategies tailored to MPU requirements.
Monitor program performance including schedule, cost, quality, and risk.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to ensure alignment and delivery.
Identify and mitigate risks and issues impacting program success.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the program management function.
