Job summary
Honeywell Technologies, based in Atlanta, seeks a senior Engineering Program Manager to lead multifaceted PMO initiatives. You will drive standardized execution, governance, and transformation across business units, partnering with executives to deliver NPI programs and operational excellence.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Business, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in Engineering Program Management, PMO, Product Development, NPI, or Operational Excellence.
- Proven experience leading large, cross-functional transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of product development lifecycle, governance frameworks, and portfolio management.
- Demonstrated expertise in executive stakeholder management.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Drive deployment and adoption of standardized execution methodologies (DFSS, HOS, Lean, Agile, NPI lifecycle).
- Lead compliance, audit readiness, and process maturity initiatives across business units.
- Identify opportunities to simplify, digitize, and automate execution workflows.
- Partner with business and commercial leaders to improve pipeline sufficiency, growth visibility, and launch readiness.
- Monitor post-launch business performance, margin improvement, and realization of benefits.
- Develop accountability models and ownership structures across cross-functional stakeholders.
- Drive organizational alignment through structured communication, leadership reviews, and decision tracking.
- Develop and maintain interactive visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent.
- Translate complex execution data into simple, actionable visuals for senior leadership.
- Translate metrics into actionable insights driving corrective actions.
