Job summary

Honeywell Technologies is seeking a seasoned Senior Program Manager to lead Modular Process Unit projects with a focus on safety, quality, and on-time delivery. You will mentor multiple project managers, shape program strategies, and ensure alignment with customer requirements across global teams.

The role reports to a Senior Program Director and offers a hybrid work setup from Houston, TX, with responsibilities spanning schedule, cost, and risk management for complex industrial initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in program or project management focused on Modular Process Units (MPU) and industrial projects.
• Proven leadership experience managing multiple project managers and cross-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of program management methodologies and best practices.
• Experience in risk management, cost control, and schedule management for complex projects.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the execution of Modular Process Units (MPU) and industrial projects.
• Provide leadership and guidance to multiple project managers to ensure program objectives are met.
• Develop and implement program management strategies tailored to MPU and industrial project requirements.
• Monitor program performance including schedule, cost, quality, and risk management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues impacting program success.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the program management function.
