Honeywell Technologies is seeking a Senior Program Director to lead Modular Process Units (MPU) projects and oversee multiple project managers across cross-functional teams in a hybrid Houston/Rosemont setting.

You will develop program management strategies, monitor schedule, cost, and risk, drive continuous improvement, and partner with customers to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of complex industrial projects.

Competenze

• Minimum of 10 years of program or project management experience in MPU/industrial projects.
• Proven ability to lead multiple project managers and cross-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of program management methodologies and best practices.
• Experience in risk management, cost control, and schedule management for complex programs.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external customers.

• Lead and manage the execution of Modular Process Units (MPU) and industrial projects.
• Provide leadership to multiple project managers to ensure program objectives are met.
