Job summary

The ideal candidate will have a Master’s in social work or related field, plus supervisory experience and familiarity with IPS and harm-reduction models; licensure is preferred and must be pursued if not currently held. This position is full-time and on-site in Bronx, NY.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in relevant field required.
• Three+ years of supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of HIV/AIDS, mental health, substance use, and chronic homelessness.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day program operations and supervise multidisciplinary social services team.
• Ensure residents receive support to stabilize housing and meet individualized goals.
• Collaborate with Leasing, Compliance, and Property Management staff.
• Provide regular staff supervision and facilitate meetings.
• Develop and maintain community linkages with organizations and NYPD.
• Monitor program performance using data and report to senior management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
