Job summary

Bellese Technologies is seeking a Program Director to lead delivery teams and shape the strategic direction of CMS UCM program initiatives. You will be the primary decision maker, mentor, and client-facing leader ensuring contract compliance and successful delivery.

The role requires strong communication, conflict resolution, and the ability to drive revenue goals while partnering with technical and growth leaders to deliver outcomes. Remote-first, nationwide collaboration is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience in technology/service delivery.
• 5+ years of experience managing technology service delivery projects.
• 3+ years of experience in Agile Software Development.
• 5+ years of experience in a leadership role in a client services organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery teams to shape the program's strategic direction and manage scope, schedule, and budget.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Communicate effectively and coordinate changes to program scope, timeline, or budget.
• Manage planned revenue, billable utilization, and gross profit for the program.
• Identify growth opportunities and advise clients on strategic direction.
