You will ensure delivery aligns with product vision and mission to improve patient care, while fostering an inclusive, remote-first culture that emphasizes learning and collaboration.

The role requires 5+ years in software development with 3+ years in leadership, solid SDLC and Agile expertise, and proficiency in Go or Python

• 5+ years in software development with 3+ years in leadership.
• Strong SDLC and Agile knowledge, proficiency in languages like Go or Python, and excellent project management skills.
