Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, engineering, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years in software development, with at least 3 in leadership.
• Strong SDLC understanding and Agile experience.
• Experience in leading software teams and hiring.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead one or more software engineer teams and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage personnel including hiring, performance, and team development.
• Oversee design, development, and delivery of high-quality software.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to align with product vision.
• Monitor performance and provide coaching and career development.
• Drive processes and standards to maintain engineering excellence.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and code reviews.
• Support resource planning and recruitment to scale the team.
• Foster an inclusive, collaborative team culture.
